I have completed BTECH but not getting job , why so ?
- Having just the degree of B.E/B.tech in good marks does not mean that one is having high chances of getting a great job.
- Lack of technical knowledge and market awareness.
- Lack of enthusiasm is another factor.
- Student only have book knowledge they do not have any practical knowledge.
- Maximum student have programming phobia.
- Skill gap that is primarily because we still follow a traditional education system.
- Student does not able to find a right trainer who can guide him/her in right way.
- Student are unfit in communication skills, confidence, presentation, problem-solving capabilities and generic abilities.
- IT industry would like to hire industry-ready individuals and not those who have to be trained in-house by companies before they could start working.
- Student do not work on their weakness and do not devotee time to programming.
- Lack of quality teaching, absence of industry collaborations.
- There is a big gap between the demands of industry and education.
- Some private engineering colleges give admission to the student without giving entrance test. But these colleges do not know that if a student is not eligible or not given entrance test he/she is not eligible to take admission.
- Colleges need to improve their standards and criteria also.
- Students are also happy by getting admission without entrance test. But exactly they suffer in the end when after completion of the degree they cannot able to get a job.
- Student runs after new technologies in the beginning rather than focusing on basic C/C++ and DataStructure
- Maximum IT companies needs young and talented engineering student which have technical and problem solving skills.
- Companies are waiting for passionate student.
